Mario automotive shop is first class service. I had my truck serviced back in September for my transmission and that came out great, had no issues what so ever since then. About three weeks ago a pitbull tore up all the inside wiring on the driver side tire, ripped out lots of hoses in the bottom and more damages that I found out later when they picked up the truck to asses the damages. Yes a pittbull dog did the damage chasing a cat that ran under my truck going up my motor. It took Mario's crew about a week and half to get the truck done. When he called me to tell me the truck was ready he asked if there was any other issues he wanted me to take care of. I mentioned that the driver window was not going down and I never had time to fix it, but I told him will do that problem another time because I was all ready paying him for the service and money was tight at the moment. Well when going home after baseball practice i stopped and grabbed something to eat. When coming up to the window i rolled down the window and to my surprise it rolled down, it worked. Mario went up and beyond his service and fixed it for me. You all thinking he probally added to the bill. He didnt. He had already told me the cost days before he started the repairs. So when picking up my truck there was no unexpecting charges like most shops do. Thank you Mario for your service and so great for fixing the window.

Mario and his team explained the problem and gave me the exact time that my truck will be ready. The front desk was courteous and friendly. When picking up my truck the mechanic and Mario went through on what they did. Its been about a week and my truck runs as if it just drove out of a dealer ship.

Kept me informed on every repair that was needed. Also gave all options so that I could make a decision that was best for me and my automobile.
